5-25-11 We have just gotten our rough plumbing and HVAC inspections for the Saint Elizabeth assisted living project in Warwick Neck RI.

5-5-11 National is pleased to have our 2nd Geo Thermal project . It is a private residence in South Kingstown that will have 2 air handlers providing 4 zones of HVAC connected to 2 500' closed loop wells.

4-4-11 National has just wrapped up our modest contribution to the Newport Water Treatment Center. We provided air conditioning to the operators new facility.

4-1-11 National has been awarded the HVAC work at the new Wickford Junction Train Station. The General Contractor is Manafort Brothers.

3-21-11 National's Service Department has been awarded a contract to replace the HVAC rooftop units for the "Scottish Rite" Masonic hall. The Scottish Rite specializes in charitable deeds and is known for their Reading Centers serving children with dyslexia.

3-7-11 National has just started the HVAC work on a mixed use residential/retail condominium complex in Narragansett RI.

2-28-11 We have begun the HVAC work for the Lodges at Stoughton Apartment Community. The clubhouse is well underway and we are just beginning to install our first 48 apartments in Building 2. Only 192 left to go.

2-4-11 National has just wrapped up the installation 84 new furnaces for the North Hampton Housing Authority. The work consisted of removing in efficient furnaces and replacing them with Carrier 95% afue 2 stage units for much greater efficient and comfort. National acted as the General Contractor for this project.

1-29-11 National was awarded and given a notice to proceed for HVAC modernization at the Framingham Housing Authority. The work consists of new water heaters and gas furnaces for 45 apartment units. National will act as the General Contractor for this project.

1-16-11 National has wrapped up the rough installation of the HVAC work for the new Marriot Townplace Suites hotel in Qounset RI. The project is unique in that it is a LEED SIlver project we designed in conjunction with our Engineering partner Building Engineering Resources. It utilizes ReNew Aire energy recovery ventilators for the suites toilet exhaust and geo thermal heat pumps for the common area HVAC and make up air. The project has 20/ 525' wells installed under the parking lot as well swimming pool ventilation and in room energy management software. The General Contractor is Pro Con construction out of Hookset New Hampshire.

1-10-11 National was awarded the HVAC work for a new assisted and independent living facility in Wellesley Massachusetts. The project consists of 138 independent living units, an underground parking garage, amenities areas and a commercial kitchen with dining facility. The General Contractor is Cranshaw Construction out of Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts.

12-9-10 National was awarded the Plumbing and HVAC work for a new retirement community known as Saint Elizabeth's Terrace in Warwick RI. The project consists of 34 residential suites and amenities areas. The General Contractor is Calson Corporation out of Smithfield RI.

12-5-10 National was awarded the HVAC work for a new apartment complex in Stoughton Massachusetts. The project consists of 240 apartments and a clubhouse. The Developer/owner is Hanover Development out of Quincy Massachusetts.

11-21-10 National was awarded the HVAC work for an new mixed use building at the revitalation effort known asThe Blackstone Valley Gateway project in Pawtucket RI. The general contractor is Parisault Construction out of Warwick RI.

11-16-10 National was recently awarded the HVAC work for the reconstruction of the Roger Williams Zoo Childrens Museum in Providence RI.

10-15-10 National was awarded th HVAC work at the Attleboro Housing Authority project known as Hillcrest OAks modernization. It consists of heating renovations to the community center and 5 apartment units.

9-9-10 National was recently awarded the HVAC work for a new church at St. Francis De Sales church in North Kingstown RI.The addition will provide a new worship hall as well as new gathering areas. The General Contractor is Pariseault out of Warwick RI.
